Everyone has the right to feel welcome, safe and happy during their introduction and settling in period.
Parents and their child will be encouraged to attend an orientation visit and at least two sessions together. The Supervisor will discuss with the Parents a separation procedure, which involves leaving the child for short periods of time; building up to longer periods as the child becomes settled. Parents are welcome to spend as much time in the centre as they feel necessary to settle their child. Each child is unique and will settle in their own way. Feel free to ring us if you are at all concerned.
When you enrol your child in our centre we require a copy of their birth certificate and immunisation certificate. We can copy the original for you.
